Day 219 of the Azerbaijani blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh. People are running out of food. This is a major humanitarian crisis created by Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan has illegally blockaded the Armenian Republic of #Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) since December 12, 2022. Currently, food supplies are completely cut off from transportation into Artsakh, and there is no fuel or gas.
Azerbaijan has once again blocked the ICRC’s access to Artsakh – which has been under blockade for over 210 days.
Azerbaijan is perpetrating genocide by attrition.
